OP back then was still a f*ggot, albeit a tiny one in his dead daddies ball-sack

Why was 3pt shooting left out?
Is that not a relevant part of perimeter shooting?

Also 03 Jordan shot 45% on all 2pt shots.
16 Curry in comparison shoots 61% on 2pt shots (on slightly lower volume).

Curry at his peak vs 40 year old Jordan? Um, ok.

Even say 92 Jordan only shot 53% on 2pt shots.
Much lower then current Curry's 61%.

I do agree though that old Jordan's percentages from the mid-range areas were quite impressive.
Jordan throughout most of his Prime was an amazing mid-range shooter though many people say he got considerably better with age.
Not sure how much better a mid-range shooter 2nd 3peat Jordan was compared to 80's or 1st 3peat Jordan.

Just shows how easy it is to cherrypick stats

Jordan fans don't seem to understand math that well though...
They imply he was the best around the rim and from midrange... Kinda not possible given his percentages lol
.. Something has to give...

Same way in how Curry isn't great around the rim, but great outside of it. Otherwise he'd be shooting 65%...

Anyone have shooting numbers from Jordan back in the day? From all games in a season? And where did the stats in Op come from? How many attempts too?

Pretty impressive for an old man who is way out of his prime to still perform at a high level. Grandpa MJ is pure skill and BBall IQ. That's why he's the GOAT.
