Ok, did a search. Closest thing I found was a teen was killed in a double decker party bus by putting his head out of an emergency hatch on top. The article didn't specify if he was decapitated or not.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense. Even a hummer limmo or is much shorter than an 18-wheeler truck, which overpasses have to be high enough to accommodate. And if it was one of those party busses, that are tall enough to stand up and walk around in, how you gonna get your head above the ceiling? The kid would have had to have been like 19 feet tall. So basically if it didn't happen to Porzingis, it didn't happen.
