It'll mean Silver doesn't want him to be the face of the league. You'll notice refs swallow their whistles and KD (or whoever Silver anoints) will become untouchable

2 reg MVPs, 2 rings. another year in his young career.

FMVP does not tell the whole story!!! FMVP is a more prestigious All-Star game MVP.

That the fmvp award has barely any creditbility and isnt necessarily a cold hard indicator as to who was the best player on the team. I.e. james worthy, shaq etc....
It means if you beat lebron in the finals, the MVP automatically goes to whoever had to guard lebron.

Mean to who?
As a Warriors fan, I don't give a shit who wins FMVP, or what it does for Curry's "legacy".

Isn't this amazing, that you get awarded a FMVP just for being WILLING to guard Lebron, even if he drops 30+ on you and steals 2 games with a completely injury-devastated roster???
Amazing.

He's in his late 20s. I know he appears to be 17 and that he hits on 14 year olds but it's true.

I can understand the whole circle jerk around Pau getting FMVP over Kobe....But you did not just mention Bynum   delusional

It will mean he's both won and lost in the Finals w/o getting any FMVP votes

I don't think he'll get that much backlash, the name of the game is winning, therefore the rings are what people want. I personally believe that FMVP's are pretty important, but the general conception/perception is falling

No way he loses another FMVP if the Warriors repeat.
