The Cavs are not really a veteran team to me. The entire team has only known winning with LeBron. With the exception of Jefferson and JR Smith(lol).

Their preparation and mentality as players are definitely different than LeBron's. In Miami, by 2013 he was on a team full of guys who won without him. Battier, Lewis, Wade, Haslem, Allen, etc. They definitely seemed like a more focused and truly veteran team to me. Their bodies just betrayed them.

This Cavs team is visibly young and they don't really lock-in that often.

LeBron is trying to change the culture of the team.
