Kobe can have a season ending/ career ending injury any moment now.. He might not make to their next meeting (Jan 23rd).. if not an injury, there's a chance he sits out plenty of games.. so this might just be his last game against one of the All-Time Greats. Don't see anything wrong with what he did/said. :confusedshrug: :confusedshrug: :confusedshrug:

Not saying there's anything wrong with what he did, I just think it's sad the way Kobe is playing on his farewell tour. He'd have to know by this point he isn't turning it around and being a 20ppg scorer. He should adapt and stop taking 15+ FGA and 6+ 3pa and just take the good looks and easy baskets. He'd not be getting all the hate he is now if he were putting up something like 8ppg on low-mid 40% shooting and his team would be better for it. If he isn't going to do that he should retire.

Yawn.. What Kobe does this season from a basketball standpoint is inconsequential. You're too caught up in the trivial nonsense and fail to see the big picture.. this thread has nothing to do with Kobe's play right at this present moment. Take your hate somewhere else.

It's far from inconsequential. I've always respected kobe and enjoyed his game even if I don't like the lakers, but what he's doing now is hurting them. Yes they aren't a good team and would be losing regardless but when you have a young roster you need them to learn in a cohesive unit at least. It doesn't help their development having kobe jacking up so many shots which can hamper them learning a flowing offence.

thread is about McCollum giving respect to Kobe... did you even watch the video? CJ didn't mention anything about Kobe's final season he was giving him praise for what he's done for basketball and his work ethic..

There was a time when Kobe would tell guys like CJ they hadn't earned the right to speak to him. Now days he's grateful for any fan boys he can get. :oldlol:
