We all know CBA is terrible, but interesting statline. I think the most telling thing for NBA teams will be if he can increase his minutes without injury.

That has to feel good for the guy. Even if it's not in the NBA, I'm happy to see him dominate a game like he did back in college. Dude has worked so hard to continue playing the sport he loves and I respect the hell out of him for it. A lot of people would give up after a few failed comebacks, but Oden is still playing hard and trying to prove himself.

If he can stay healthy there's a place for him in the league.

Horrible work ethic. Even worse attitude. Dude takes zero responsibility for his underwhelming career and instead blames the city of Portland, amongst other things/people.
Not a guy I would want on my team

Isn't Marshon Brooks on the same team and averaging like 40 PPG?

Is Marbury in the same league? If so that would be an epic matchup

I'm glad he's getting to play ball for money... but 40 year old Bonzi Wells was dropping 40 point trip dubs in the CBA.

I don't know what that means exactly, other than showing there is a big drop between 1st and 5th.

I don't know if there's truth to this, but his underwhelming career is the result of injuries more than any of that. He looked good before all the health problems. I always felt he was a bit overrated (in terms of being called the next Shaq etc...) but nevertheless, he was going to be an all-star if he remained healthy. He would have probably been a lot like current Whiteside but with a heigher ceiling offensively.

I'm hoping he makes it back to league. This guy would be a HOF player for sure had he never got hurt.
Consider the players that played in the NCAA championship with him. Noah, Horford, Brewer, Conley. Those are all notable NBA players that have made impacts in the NBA on very good teams. Oden was the best and most dominant player on the floor that game. He destroyed the paint that game.
Saddest career ever.
