He shoots whenever he feels like it, regardless of the consequences.

And as a Laker fan, that pisses me off. I can't stand this guy. He's nothing but slefish, ball hog. Can't wait till he retires so we can move on.

I actually don't mind the guns blazing approach. It's such a Kobe thing to do that the well majority of players of his stature would even consider, largely because of the backlash they would receive from the media. Kobe doing what I probably would do in his situation.

As many of you may already know I am a Pacers fan first but I am also a fan of the Lakers as well. Kobe is doing what is best for the franchise by leading the tank this season. Kobe could get this team to the playoffs if he wanted but it will not be good for the future of the team. Kobe is going to leave the Lakers in a great position at the sacrifice of his stats. Lakers will be able to get a lottery pick next year and sign whoever they want and then be a true contender.

Might break the lowest FG record by the end of the year. Has anybody in history shot sub 30% from the field?

:wtf:

So you don't play defense and keep chucking up shots in games when you're shooting like ass? The homies must hit you up all the time for games, I'm sure.

you kobe stans are hilarious. kobe could do anything and you'd be all up in his *ss singing about his alphaness. like he could rape puppies and youd say something stupid like, "such an alpha, showing the pups who's the top dawg. how great is our gawd?"

He did get them to 5 championships, and basically two decades of relevance. If he wants to go out like this...he earned it. Easy for people to armchair critique when they weren't the ones waking up at 6 am to train, come back from injuries, etc.

There is not a single player on the Lakers right now that deserves any respect, etc. All of them together combined have done less than Kobe in half of his career. Bunch of young rooks/washed up nobodies...why should he cater to their development. If they are ever going to be true stars in this league they'll take that....not be handed it. And let's be honest..it's not like he actually has played many games the prior 2 seasons before this. They could do anything they wanted then.

Let the old man go out being the shooter he is. What's he going to do...all of a sudden become a 3 and D type guy sitting in a corner?

in reality, this is THE most disgracing way for any player to leave the game, especially for a so called legend. complete disregard for the game, for the team, for the franchise, for the fans(those who arent kobe d1ckriders).

This is just hilarious. Most people are just LAUGHING watching this dross. We can say one thing atleast. He's leaving the game by putting smiles (and more than that) on people's faces.
It's like a comedy film:roll:
