The offense should run through Russell and he should be bringing the ball up and running plays every time down the court.

The era of Kobe Iso ball needs to end, Russell needs to be handed the keys.

This season should be used so Russell can develop and gain confidence. Not wasted on the Kobe 15 threes a game farewell chucker tour.

Ok well on a serious note, it would actually be very cool if it were still possible for a pro athlete to "two sport it." It's sad to think that D Sanders and Bo Jackson are probably an extinct breed due to contract restrictions and season length.

Not saying it's realistic but how cool would it be if a player could actually play in the NBA and the NFL

High school kids serious about going to a bigtime Division IA college don't even play multiple sports for the most part anymore. They pick their sport and then they work on it 365 days a year. It used to be the school's best athletes played 3-4 sports... usually football in the fall, basketball or wrestling in the winter, baseball in the spring, and maybe track in the summer.

You still have kids that will play multiple sports, but the cream of the crop will usually focus on one.

And, it makes sense... but it has also almost completely ended the chances of another Deion Sanders or Bo Jackson.

I think if kids still saw that the possibility was there to play multiple pro sports, the best athletes would go for it.....

I mean, if you think one pro contract makes you rich, try having two.

Scott's offense is iso's
Well it'd be better if Russell got all the isos rather than Kobe, it would benefit him better and he'd be looking to pass more than Kobe is.

The way he is shooting...not sure.

How Kidd and CP3 made Scott look ok is amazing.

looks to me like Russell has mastered LeBron's fake no look pass.
