What are good shows on ID Discovery?

I liked 'On Death Row' if it still shows.

If you're into Discovery, you should really check out Locked Up Abroad. May be my favorite show ever made (based on true events). Really, really crazy how quickly and easily people get caught up in serious crimes.

And then spending 10 years in a Chilean prison not knowing a word of Spanish.... Eff that.

Great show though. Some of the people on there get emotional, and they do such a good job of telling the story its hard not to feel for them.
