Andrew Wiggins in 35.2 minutes of play has 2.0 fastbreak points per game.

a) Lavine is a better athlete than wiggins
b) Lavine plays at the top of the key so he has a head start in transition

Lavine is a one foot jumper, which makes it easier for him to score in the open court

Lavine plays point, difference isnt much.

That being said, Wiggins needs to run and rebound more
