He's used to being "The Man." Leonard's THICKNESS rivals Pippen's doe, so he's forced to take a step back. This is a bit of an ego check and takes some time to recover from. It's understandable and I'm sure he will get used to being second banana in due time.

Easy, he doesn't have Lillard looking out for his ego now. Lillard did everything he could to get him the ball when he was in Portland. So did Andre Miller. Now he has to share the ball. I expect him to shoot more in the playoffs but that 24 shots a game isn't happening anymore.

He's been fantastic defensively, second leading scorer on the Spurs and their #1 rebounder.

He's also gone on a tear in this second half (6 straight shots).


He has room for improvement but he's obviously not going to put up Portland numbers since he won't be getting as many shots. Once his FG% goes up as he gets more comfortable with the system it's going to so goddamn scary for other teams to face.
