Damn. Alpha response.

But hes very competitive. He would've said the same thing when he was playing in Denver alongside Carmelo, Billups and etc. This "help" argument was created specifically for Lebron teams that lose consistently.

Melo never got that excuse in denver of New York
Malone and Stockton never got that excuse
Payton, Barkley and none of the great players had that excuse in their back pocket

JR scored 15 in the 1st and finished the game with 18 points. I don't know maybe he could score more than 3 points through 3 quarters...

Lebron's style destroys players ability to function without him.

You can't implement a system with him on the team.

Why is it that established stars in the league suddenly lose their talent once they get to team with Lebron?

I mean, Wade, Bosh, Love and Kyrie are better teammates than most players will ever see. Even guys like Mo Williams and Tristan Thompson are better than many starters.

I strongly disagree. Wade and Bosh are good, but let's be honest, they are a notch or two below than Westbrook, James Harden etc. And Lebron's final teams featured starters like Joel Anthony, Shane Battier, Udonis Haslem etc, who honestly do not belong to the NBA.

The reason JR Smith still thinks he is relevant is because he is playing with Lebron. You remember Boobie Gibson whom Lebron fooled you into believing that he is the best shooter in the league? It is funny that you mentioned Thompson and Mo Williams. Lebron is perhaps the sole reason that you guys are talking about Thompson at all after being labeled as a draft bust. And Mo Williams is better than many startets? He even considered retirement when Lebron left the Cavs, and I bet you did not even know he was still in the league.

Kevin Love did not even play in last season's Finals. Irving barely played 1 game.
Bringing out Carmelo is not fair because he is not as good as NBA greats you mentioned.
Malone and Stockton were great helps each other. So you think Lebron alone should play the role of 2 NBA all time greats.
Speaking of Payton and Barkley, so you think JR Smith is as good as Shawn Kemp, Detlef Schrempf, Kevin Johnson, Dan Majerle, Danny Manning etc?

I'm asking Lebron to:

1 play more like a traditional SF,
2 work the low post 85-90% of the game,
3 sacrifice stats for wins,
4 instill confidence in his guards by delegating ball handling duties to them,
5 quit spending energy stealing rebounds from Mozgov/Tristan and
6 quit bitching about not having enough help in the shittiest conference in recent basketball hsitory

He'll win this way. It's the only way.

1) There's no such thing. The whole "traditional" argument is dumb. Should Curry pass first instead of chucking 3s to be a "traditional" PG?
2) That's not his game. He out scored the opposing team in the 4th alone
He's 5th in the league in PPG with the 2nd best efficiency. His scoring is fine.
KD never posts up and no one complains about his offense.
3) He could be averaging 30 if he really wanted. He passes up an open shot for teammates all the time. On top of that, before that he loss his team was 1st in the East with the 2nd best record in the league.
4) Mo and Kyrie have been hurt. Should he really let Delly run the ball when he can't even get past half court without his back to the basketball or he'll get ripped. The best playmaker, Lebron, should handle the ball the most.
5) This is too stupid to warrant a real response.
6) The East has been better than the West this year. Do you even watch basketball? And can you post a link to where Lebron himself said he has no help? no reaching either.

And Lebron was too tired to play apparently after losing to one of the worst teams in the league the night before - how does he escape blame for that? Playing like ass against the shit team, and then sitting out against the good one because he knew he was gonna play like trash?

Man is a coward - plays games the team could win without him, and then sits out when the competition is tougher so he can go 'look how shit my team is, i need more help omg' - guy should have that stapled on his gigantic forehead to save having to repeat it over and over again to people who are tired of his constant excuses.

Dude single handedly not only lost the Cavs the finals, but gave us one of the ugliest, most boring finals series in a while.

Hopefully now that the East isn't the complete embarrassment its been for so long - at this point - someone can knock this drama queening colluder out before the Finals.

You have no right to call anyone a 'stan' you worthless piece of human excrement. You're one of the most shamefaced and embarrassing stans on this site, and that really is saying something. Nor does this even have anything to do with Wade, as he actually played last night, while Lebron took another one of his unilateral vacations.

What's more: Wade is missing meniscus in his left knee and has a long history of injury problems as a result. If anything, his playing this long is remarkable in itself. He had a 'maintenance program' to protect his health, and didn't deliberately take off games against more difficult teams so he could pad his stats against the refuse of the league (though he still lost :lol). Big, big difference - one missed games for his health, the other because he was 'tired' and knew if he'd play he'd have a bad game and get embarrassed (this way his stans can mindlessly go 'look at their record without him' while completely ignoring any kind of context). Typical Bran.

Without LeBron on the floor this season Cle is -15.7 pts/100 poss.

That would be one of the 3 worst teams in the history of the league. Kyrie and Shump haven't played at all, Mozzy has been brutal, etc.

Last week, Cle was starting their 4th string PG in Cunningham because Kyrie, Mo, and Delly were all hurt. Ask the Pels what happens when you are down 4 guards, even with a great player.

But LeBron STILL has this team tied for 1st in the East.

But, look at all the championships his former teams won after he left them.

And look at how much they each imporved in W-L records after he left.

Also, look at how much of a drop his new teams had after he arrived, from the previous year's W-L record without him.

The man just destroys his teams.

Great response, that's what a real competitor says.
Exactly. I don't know what else these dudes expect him to say. He got 18 points. Whether he got 15 in the first, 3 over the rest of the way or 4-5 points per quarter, what difference does it make? He's not the one getting paid the big bucks to lead the way.

And thats a pretty bs thing to say if you're Lebron and Blatt. What are they trying to be a tag team against the rest of the team because thats whats going to happen?

Lets be honest, the dude who said you can't have a system around Lebron is EXACTLY RIGHT. You either play Lebron ball or you DON'T. Lebron ball has been successful but you can't deny it limits other guys ability to do their thing and to get comfortable. He's ALWAYS got the damn ball. If you dude's don't see how that CAN take players out of their game, then you've never played ball in your life. Yes, Lebron gets teammates open shots, he also takes them out of their offense at the same time because Lebron ball IS the offense. Pretty simple if as far as I'm concerned.
