i've never seen such a long and mysterious buildup for such a mediocre fight. this looks like more of a cash-grab by M-1 global (and bellator or whoever) than any real attempt by a 39yo legend to fight big names again.

granted dana white is the biggest dickhead in MMA, but based on what i see, i doubt fedor ever signs with the UFC. at best he makes some noise in the bottom half of the top ten... at worst, he gets destroyed by the upper echelon.

i do still think of him as the GOAT, but age and (likely) technique have passed him by.
