Kobe can be considered an MJ clone, and a lesser version of him. He's not very unique and is a worse player at every facet of the game than MJ besides long range shooting. I'm not sure why would want that.


Lebron is more unique. He matches some of Magic's game with MJ's. MJ never had the playmaking ability and Lebron's size to shift and play PF. Magic never had the scoring ability and athleticism of Lebron.

There are so many aspects to the game of basketball, hence it is such a beautiful game.

The only aspect where Kobe beats Lebron is scoring and not by much.

Lebron is more clutch, equal three point shooter, better rebounder, better defender, better playmaker, better attacking the rim, the better athlete.And while Kobe is the better scorer, Lebron is much more efficient. He scores very close to the same ammount that Kobe does, but does that on a lot less shots and , therefore, gives his teammates chances for extra opportunities.

Absolutely nobody who knows the game of basketball could argue that , if you put Lebron on Kobe's teams over the years, Lebron would also have at least 5 championships.
