Not including lockout years of course, because it looks like the Sixers are about to accomplish this.
2014: 19-63
2015: 18-64
This season: 1-22
What happened to this franchise? They were one of the elite teams from the 60's - 80's, but fell off the map once Dr. J retired.

Bulls did do it. 99-01 13 17 15 and then followed it up with 21 wins in 02 and for good measure 23 in 04.
Clippers almost did it 87-89 but they went and won 21 games in 89 after 12 and 17 to start that run. But then they did it again 98-00 17 9 15. Yes the 9 wins was in the strike year, but that would project them around 15 wins in full season.
Vancouver did it! And look at this stretch!
96 15-67
97 14-68
98 19-63
99 8-42
00 22-60
01 23-59
If we count 20 win seasons, Minnesota 92 93 94 won 15 19 and 20 games. They won 21 in 95.
Dallas won 26 or less 7 times in 8 years from 92-99
Miami just missed it going 15, 18 and then pulling through with 24 from 89-91
Denver 97-99 21 11 14 then Dan Isel came in, they started being competitive, he left and they won 17 in 03.
I only went back to 1980 and I might have some issues with this data so if I made an error let me know.

Sixers bout to complete the cycle. Lakers about to start one :oldlol:
Grizz stretch really destroyed SAR as a prospect. Seems like the psychological effects of evident every close game SAR played in

They're on pace for 4 wins. Owners of that franchise should be fined

The league really should do something about this. It's beyond pathetic now.

I'm pretty sure the Warriors mastered this feat a time or two.

1998-2002
2002 21-61
2001 17-65
2000 19-63
1999 21-29 (Strike Year)
1998 19-63
Actually we could go further back
1997 30-52
1996 36-46
1995 26-56
But yeah, the sixers are the only team to tank...lol. They're just honest with their fans and the media about what they're doing.

Ehh. I think only one team in Canada is enough. Don't want to take focus from the Raps..
