Seriously though, what a weak sauce attack ad. Did these idiots actually pay money for this?
This guy just said he wants to ban all Muslims. You think a goofy steak commercial is going to hurt him?

Well, it didn't cost much to make did it? It's just two pieces of video to edit and add some titles. They certainly didn't spend much on the game. :lol
But I think the buyer's remorse is potentially a good angle. Because there's lots of products you could do this with, you could do a series of commercials of Trump ripping off some sucker. This ad may not be the best, but the idea is solid.
I think the idea of Trump playing his audience for suckers is a better way to go after him than the Muslim thing. That's him giving his audience what they want. They love that he's against immigrants and Muslims. It's not the just the commercial, it's the folks just like them the QVC viewers who felt ripped off. Trump is losing among Republican voters with a college degree, but he's winning big amongst the Republican voters who didn't go to college. They know him from his TV show which portrays him as a great businessman. Did they know he sold crappy steaks? Did they know he opened a mortgage company just as housing prices peaked? Trump Mortgage (announced in 2006 – closed in 2007)
Shortly after the company's launch Trump said on CNBC: "I think it's a great time to start a mortgage company ... who knows about financing better than I do?"
I think this is a more direct hit on his appeal. It undermines the great businessman that he portrays himself to be. It undermines the incorruptible man who's not part of the system. Who wants to overpay for lousy steak? Who wants to vote for the guy who sold you the lousy steak.

Hillary voted for the Iraq war and made a mess of Libya, but hey, Trump put his name on cheap steaks.

It is absolutely shameful how people are attacking Trump and trying to bully him. Politics today are so dirty and have no integrity.

Meh. I'm still not convinced that Trump actually wants to win. I still kinda think this was intended to be a summer troll job and he never considered that he would actually be the front runner.

Mr. Trump WILL win the GOP nomination and go on to win the general election by a LANDSLIDE. The people have spoken, and no amount of bullying and baseless attacks from opposing interest groups will deter him. Americans can see right through the dirty games that his opponents are using and it will not work.
Mr. Trump's integrity and honesty is what the people want and what has been sorely lacking in Washington. None of the other candidates have his qualities.
