Hard to choose between Bosh, Wade, and Whiteside. Who do you got?

Definitely not Wade. It's between Bosh and Whiteside. Probably Hassan.

Hassan . Best defensive player in the league with Gobert .

It's time for Wade to go to the bench and accept the Manu role. He and Dragic just don't work together

Honestly, I think give me Whiteside.

Whiteside suffers from what a lot big men do. He can't make free throws. It can be a big liability in a close game, and teams have hacked him this year.
I'm going to go with Bosh. He's solid both offensively and defensively.

Whiteside has a enormous impact. Does people remember how easy it was to make layups and get offensive rebounds against Miami?

Give me Dwyane Wade, but only because I like him more and for no objective reasons whatsoever

Wade has turned Dragic into a spot-up shooter
As if making Bosh one wasn't enough :facepalm

imho...It's Wade for the simple reason that Dragic has been subpar and that team would be lost without him. Whiteside wouldn't get any easy finishes and Bosh is too jump shot reliant. Wade also still brings it on the defensive end.

Ppl are actually picking Whiteside over Wade? :wtf: 🤔

I don't think there's a clear cut best player for the Heat this season. I'd still pick Wade despite his subpar form so far.

The Heat would be winless in games decided by 5 points or less if Whiteside was their "leader"
Wade = Billups
Bosh = Rasheed
Whiteside = Big Ben
Winslow = Tayshaun
All they need is a Richard Hamilton and they'll get their ring :D

Wade has been subpar? For a 34 year old SG he's been excellent. His per minute production is near superstar level, at 23/6/5/1.5/0.5 per-36. His 22 PER is second only to Harden among SG's. After a slow shooting start he's up to 45% from the field, 80% at the line, and his turnovers are down significantly from last season. His defense has been solid and perhaps most importantly, he's played in 20/21 games.
It's obviously still early, but the only SG's his age to perform at a comparable or better level are Jordan and Kobe.

Fine, he's 33.92 to be exact. He turns 34 next month and will finish the season at age 34. This is his "34 year old season", so to speak. My point is the same regardless.

He was only 31 in 2013, why'd he only average 15.9 ppg on 45% in the playoffs?

Stop being willfully ignorant. You know damn well his subpar play was because he was injured, not because of his age. During the regular season before the knee injury he was outstanding, averaging 21/5/5/2/1 on 52% with a 24 PER.

How is it damage control when I'm just stating facts? Nobody disputes that Wade struggled in the playoffs, but age had little if anything to do with it. And no, I dont think Wade>Lebron. I consider Lebron to be top 10 all time and Wade around 20.
