I'm feeling really good about the team though, we just need to get our go-to-guy and we will have such an amazing future. I'm all for trading the pick if the right player is involved.

Yep, I wouldn't be willing to gamble and wait for the lottery with the Sixers and the Lakers being dogshit, I'm hoping Ainge can pinch a player like Cousins.

I reckon he's worth the gamble, especially under Stevens, but I can see your point, problem is, what players are out there that we could get for the pick realistically?

I worry that we give up capital for him, he doesn't get along with Stevens actually making him put in work and be a responsible adult, he starts on some "him or me" stuff with the front office. Stevens to me is crucial to anything that happens going forward and I'm not risking pissing him off ever if I can.

As for who to get? It's still early in the season and we don know who is available at the moment. Still some time to see what's what once the standings firm up some.
