Doesn't look like a justified shooting from my point of view, but I'd like to point out two things.

1) This dude is dead because he thought he didn't have to abide to common law. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Before one of you cry babies come on here thinking I am saying this excuses the shooting, it doesn't. But, 99.9% of times someone is shot by an officer, they are doing something they are not supposed to be doing.

Ignoring officer commands is exhibit A. He could be alive right now if he wasn't so stupid and if he didn't think he was too cool for school. That being said...

2) Saw this posted under the description of the video:

First off, LOL at calling cops terrorists and capitalizing the word black. :lol :lol Like the word is special :lol

Secondly, once deadly threat is authorized (and while it doesn't look legal here, the officer is following training), you shoot until the threat is eliminated. As far as I am concerned, a man who can crawl is a man who can pull a gun. If he was worthy of a bullet while he was walking, he's worthy of a bullet on the ground.

Now, it definitely didn't appear that this guy deserved one in the back for walking away, but I wanted to point out the poster of the video has zero law enforcement experience of knowledge of law enforcement P&P's. Also, for the 'he shot my baby 28 times' people or the 'they didn't need to shoot him that many times' people, cops are trained to do that, for good reason.

All that being said...

But yeah, cop is guilty AF. I scanned the video at first, so I don't know if I remember correctly without watching again, but I think I spotted one officer dropping a mag and reloading. If you weren't guilty before that (you were), you are definitely ****ed now.

If the guy who is killed is black, then hes the only one who has rights in the situation.

I wasn't aware what color the officers were. I'm just seeing this sentiment in the country now that every incident (that gets coverage) involving an African American is suddenly the officers fault and has to be racially charged.



I don't agree with that. I think people need to pick their battles. There are A LOT of incidents that are racially charged. I don't think that is the case here. I think the cops shot a dude with a gun because he had a gun. And when people jump ugly with every single case like this then they begin to water down their original intent and purpose
