Aside from the comfort you also worry about your child's safety. Driving children around in a little car feels unsafe. In an SUV my son is looking down at cars, he is above them, and above their impact.

I was never an SUV guy until I had my son, and I have another son on the way...At this point I can only go the SUV route or large 4 door sudan...sports cars or smaller cars are out of the equation for me.

When they go off to college then I will buy my Ferrari :)
