Yes, but it's very rare. Like Saturday mornings are about it. Or if I'm out late after dinner. But I can go months without drinking it.

All good though, gave blood yesterday. BP was 109/76, and I have the resting heart rate of a marathon runner.

Yes. Only weekdays at work because it is free and very good.

Only have one in the summer in the morning when it's hot before work, I tend to have more though during the day in the winter time

I used to be in the same boat.

I do not drink coffee, never have, but i used to drink at least 2 red bulls a day....

I stopped drinking them because i felt my body start to become dependent on them, if i didnt have one in the morning at work i would become irratable restless, and i didnt want that. Now i have maybe 1 a month and my body feels great.

I saw a doco that had studies on caffeine drinking and if it actually gives people a pick me up.

It found for irregular drinkers (say 1-2 cups of coffee/red bull a month) they get a slight increase in energy and focus but for regular drinkers they start out lower than the average person and only after consuming caffeine do their reactions get increased to close to but still below a normal level.

I used to drink a shit load of coffee but haven't for the last few years.
