I first of all felt bad for LeBron because I'm a fan, and I felt bad for him because he didn't win a Championship for our hometown yet and he's like 31, He's getting close to the end of his career, so I felt very bad for him.

Yeah...if he played with Duncan he would have 'ships and many wcf appearances too. Tony Parker at his best isn't even half the player CP3 is.

You serious brah? He played very well in '07, but looking at the rest of his Finals

'03 Finals: 14/3/2 on 39%
'05 Finals: 14/2/4 on 46%
'13 Finals: 16/2/6 on 41%
'14 Finals: 18/0/5 on 48%

Factor in he was terrible in two Game 7's, that's far from an impressive Finals resume

Hmm, didn't remember his stats were quite that low.

Still, he at least killed it in '07 and won the FMVP. Can you really say 2007 FMVP Tony Parker "isn't even than half the player" of CP3?

tony parker has been a liability or a cancer more often than not

yeah lol try telling me the spurs would be worse off with cp3 than that fatass ballstopper. they're better with patty mills logging minutes, they were better with garry neal...and tony parker still has the gall to say "I'm better than steve nash, jkidd, payton, cp3, dwill ever were bcuz more ringz lol" You don't see that shit from actual HoF players like Duncan, you don't even hear it from supposed 'assholes' like kobe

fat bastard should jump in front of a train or learn how to play without hogging the ball like a braindead ****, whichever comes first.

Never the less, Paul >> Parker

You must put a lot of stock into what Charles Barkley says in the waning hours of the night

yes it was a "storyline" but it was retarded...just the same way stupid people were saying "lebron's rings don't count because he hasn't won one in a year against healthy rose" and other inane bullshit

Parker has a short memory. Did he forget that the Clippers eliminated the Spurs on a fantastic performance from Paul in game 7? This was just a meaningless regular season game. No need to be giving players bulletin board material.

Parker spent about a half season in the MVP discussion. He was killing it that year, no doubt. Leading the league in FG% around the basket from the PG position is insane.

Being on the receiving end of pity can be a motivating factor. And 30-31 isn't near the end of his career.

when you've had the injuries paul has and are playing the PG position I think it it's pretty close.

I mean yeah he could probably play past 35 but do you really want a 35 year old CP3 on your team? Thats just bad juju, can't be having that if you're trying to get out of the 2nd round

Yup, had an amazing year, and 2012+2013 Paul especially fought some passive claims, he was too passive. Parker outplayed him in just about every meeting.

It's not really though.
There's like 2 good players surrounded by trash.
With a shit coach.

And the 2 good players generally choke when it matters.

It's still the same.

Yup, unfortunately Parker started to fall off after the 2013 finals/start of 13-14 season.
