is there a rule that you aren't allowed to make subs during overtime?

seems like coaches stick with the same lineup throughout no matter how many ot's, no matter what is happening. the bulls frontline is exhausted. jackson just had a spurt but the last two ot's he's been dead man walking. 8 points total scored in 3ot.
