I saw it too, I was half paying attention and when they had the last two chicks, Ms Philipines and Ms Colombia, Harvey anounced Ms Colombia as the winner when usually they name the RUNNER UP and the girl they don't name is obviously the winner.

After a minute or two of Colombia strutting around believing she was the newly crowned Ms Universe, Harvey had to admit he messed up and Ms Philipines was the winner to the shock and surprise and jeers of the audience :roll:
