I can't think of anyone who has choked more.

Honorable Mentions: Tracy Mcgrady, LeBron

I don't know, I think if he had as stacked teams as LeBaldo he'd have some chips.

He's never been a superstar.. don't boost bro. Among the all-stars, he's definitely up there at being the most notorious of chokers.

quite comfortably the best PG of his generation
multiple first team selections
highest PER of any PG not named Curry
most complete PG

in what universe was/is Paul not a superstar?

What?

Overall he's been one of the best late game players of the era...his teams had a run of like 5 years as the best performing offense/defense in crunch time when he was on the Hornets

And how the **** does this thread get made after last night? Where Paul was excellent from start to finish.

Don't blame him...he's had the two biggest choking coaches.

Was CP3 not carrying his team down the stretch that game and almost won it? I know he missed the last shot and everything, but he did a heck of a job getting there. And he can be clutch as evidenced by last years' playoffs, as well as choke, it's just kind of like Jekyll and Hyde

other than getting completely embarrassed by kd, i don't really blame paul for last nights game. he came out the gates and dictated pace for much of the contest. he was aggressive and even put the clippers in position to win.

the problem with chris paul generally is he's too passive.
just imagine if blake showed up last night? or even played an average game? the clippers win pretty easily.

ofc, i'm not saying paul has to average 32/10 for the season - that's unrealistic. but he's averaging 17ppg. if he wanted to, he could put up 23-24ppg & the clippers would be a better team for it.
