Bottom 1 if we're looking at the last few years taking on/off-court net positives and negatives into account. Historic downfall. Peyton who?

Just looked Barton up...

6'6 and 175lbs...

How in the hell can you be that tall and weigh that little? Especially given the fact ball players have longer limbs in general.

The fact that Kobe is still playing professional basketball says a lot about him...but also says a lot about the sad state of NBA basketball.

This dude out here passing like Magic Johnson and scoring over 6'9 dudes like it ain't sh1t.

Because he has no skill? I went to school with Jamal Sampson who was riding the bench for the lakers in the early mid 2000s...he couldn't ball worth a shit but was 6'10" or so, so he made the NBA. He was also an absolute moron if you want to know his intelligence level...a guy who thought everything would be given to him on a silver platter because he was black and 6'10".

Yeah...anyone whose played ball in a urban city has a few friends like that. Genetic mutants who aren't coordinated enough to walk and chew gum simultaneously.

But d@mn, hibbert was just balling a 3 years ago. Powers were stolen on some Space Jam sh1t.

If anything...Hibbert has shown he's a product of the system he was in...and he wasn't even that good in that system. Remember it was just a couple years ago that he was trash can Hibbert even on the pacers.

2012-2013 he was NOT trash can Hibbert. The offense went through him and he consistently scored on little jump hooks or jumpers within 10-12 ft. Dude's confidence has been shot dead.

You wonder if Kobe is kicking himself for announcing his retirement went the pressure mounted on his physical condition.

The man has been basically out of the game for 2 years, takes time to get back into the NBA grind and looks like Kobe just turned the corner.

His last 5 or 7 games has been much better and been posting very respectable numbers for a guy his age.

How he was playing was to be expected, just as you suggest; two years of not playing basketball after a devastating injury for a 20th season player is hard to overcome.

However, Kobe has obviously turned the corner and is back to his old self. There is no reason for him to retire, but that's his personal choice.

He could easily help a team win a title with his current skills.

Sitting out against contenders like OKC and playing against lottery teams like Denver is the DEFINITION of cherry picking your competition, bro.
And LOL at Bron cherry picking HOF teammates. Bosh, Irving, and Love weren't getting anywhere near the HOF before becoming Bron's teammates. They were all nothing more than career losers putting up stats on lottery teams.

Damn your a glutton for punishment

Ryan Anderson has always played with in a role on competitive teams. Love has never put up those type of stats with out going straight to the Lottery. You have just been deceived by Love's empty stats. I dare you to watch a game from when he was on the T-Wolves and I know you will see him padding rebounds. He would try really hard scraping for every rebound during 30 point blow outs when everyone else was just mailing it in because it wasn't even a game anymore. His team mates would never contest him for a board and if they did Love would get upset like a baby. Kevin Love is a fraud, no better than Ryan Anderson.
