It depends. He's CAPABLE of doing these things. But most presidents do jusssst enough not to draw the public's ire, while most of the policy ends up geared toward special interests.

Would Trump be impervious to pressure and truly do what's best for America as a whole? It's hard to say. But we know Hillary wouldn't be any better in that regard. So we might as well put Trump the alpha in there.
