How has GOATside been benched the entire second half of the 4th + OT?
He elected for the spacing instead of the rim protection late. I personally would've went the other way, but the results worked in his favor.

you're just going to act as if a blown 13 pt lead is nothing?

Pelican players were driving to the basket with no hindrance. I would have used Whiteside in the 4th. I don't get some of these coaches sometimes. They don't think outside of the box, thinking on the go. They don't deviate from their game card.

Benching Whiteside is not a major key for success

Him being benched in the clutch is pretty common.

Whiteside & Bosh never play in the 4th together. One is always subbed out.
Spo f*cking sucks, one of the weakest links for this team.

im guessing he does this due to spacing and to play at a higher pace, Heat had a trouble scoring early with Whiteside on the court. As good as he is defensively, his offensive game is limited and statistically their defensive numbers this season have been better with him on the bench. That's not to say that his impact on the team isn't positive, but I guess subbing him late works for the team when they need to put up points and they have been successful so far.
On a side note, Wade lately has been playing worse than Kobe, even in this game he was the only starter with a negative +/- and shot 7-20 for 19 points, it's crazy how he isn't that much far off from post-achilles Kobe who is about to retire. Dragic has declined big time as well.

Don't mind BasedTom, he's easily the most biased poster here, no objectivity but chooses to slurp Wade/Witeside

Wade was ****ing awful today, per usual.
Honestly Green was the spark-plug in that game. Bosh was actually decent, surprisingly.

19/4/4 16 FGA vs 17/4/4 17 FGA
Both play ~30 mpg as well. Difference is that one is at the tail end of his career on a team with rookies and terrible offensive players and an inept coach vs Wade playing with all-stars and a championship-caliber coach with Pat Riley in the FO..

That dumb broad commentating said something in the 1st half how the Heats D is statistically better with Whiteside off the floor. When they told Spo about this he did say he needs to learn more

You're a biased loser. Stay mad. Whiteside sucks dick, and so does your favorite player Ade. :lol
Either no playoffs or 1st round exit without Bron. :yaohappy:

Spo is awful, and I'm not sure what Riley being in the front office has to do with anything. Any Heat fan will tell you that Spo is the weak link of this team. With aging superstars his ineptness is showing more and more.
Wade has been very good this season. The Heat play at the slowest pace in the league so of course the raw numbers aren't going to be very high. He has a 21 PER compared to Kobe's 14. Wade's production is 2nd among SG's only to Harden, his defense has been extremely solid, and he's been clutch late in games. There's no SG in the league I'd rather have in the 4th quarter.

You said post-achilles Kobe which would 2013-present.
Wade has a much better FG% and much better defense.
Also, Spo is an awful coach and idk why you're mentioning Riley in the FO.

Kobe is one of the (if not the worst) defender in the league. Dude makes Harden look like peak Pippen on the defensive end. Lets also not ignore the 6% difference in efficiency. The Lakers are much better without Kobe than with him on the floor.
I'm assuming that you just read the boxscores. Wade was terrible in the 2nd half, but had a clutch bucket, 4 clutch ft's, and a clutch rebound.

Kobe is in his 20th season, Wades in his 13th
The fact that theyre comparable even though Wade only has 13 seasons on his body is embarassing.

You do realize that Wade is putting up 22/5/5 per36, right? Dude is playing under 30 minutes a game. Not to mention Wade is a much much better defender.
A better comparison would be '11 Finals or '07 Finals LeBron vs '16 ancient ass broken down Kobe.
