The coach implements a system based on personal but unfortunately there is much that can be done when the talent only works at chucking up shots.

It was easy to blame Brooks but this is just what you have with a dynamic scorer like Westbrook playing PG.

Until Westbrook is playing the 2, this is how they'll play. It's winning basketball vs. most teams but when you're up against a similarly-talented team with many options, you usually have to play that way as well..
