The process of actually giving someone the death penalty takes so long there's a zero percent chance the woman would be killed prior to giving birth. Although to be honest I don't know if any women have been given the death penalty here

This is interesting because on one hand abortion is not considered murder in a legal sense. So if in the eyes of the law you aren't killing a person by aborting a fetus, it stands to reason that the law should support executing a pregnant woman. It isn't a living person inside her with any rights of its own, based on the legality of abortion.....
