Did you guys forget already? Bran traded Wiggins for Love. Love will be a huge liability against the Warriors or the Spurs in the finals. Wiggins would have been a much better piece to have against either team. Don't complain about Love. Complain about the idiot who traded Wiggins for him.

They are complaining about Love?

A 17/11/3 efficient scorer that is a legit 3 point shooter?

And he's their 3rd best player...

More than enough help...

Yes. They know that Love can't do anything against Draygod.

He'll do better if they meet in the finals, but yea....tough matchup playing against one of the best defenders in the league that is also a very good offensive player.

Hence why...as crazy as it is to say....Green is just a better player than Love now....certainly in a non first option role. Which isn't much of a feather in the cap of Love as he wasn't good enough to carry a franchise anyway.

He blocked Green's layup in the last minute of the game yesterday.

Bottom line is Green is a top 10 player, you can't expect your 3rd option to be better than a top 10 guy or even a guy in the discussion of it.

Figures a Mavs fan would ignore defense which Kevin Love plays none.

Thats not saying much. He's pretty easy to stuff. Jeremy Lin brutally packed him remember

If Kevin Love is the 3rd best player on your team...and you have backup that plays his position that is a quality defender/rebounder...

You can't ****ing complain about help. Sorry...

LeBron's overall "help" isn't quite at the level of Curry's, even when Kyrie is fully healthy and firing on all cylinders. This is because in their current roles as 3rd option on offense, Green is literally JUST as good or better offensively (sure that may not be the case if you put them on their own teams, but as DMAVS41 mentioned that's irrelevant in this context); he's more tailored to playing offense within the flow of the game.

Then you look at the defensive gap which is astronomical to put it mildly. So Green is as good as Love offensively in his role, better than Thompson or any other Cavs big defensively, and all in the same versatile high-energy package. Green is a top 15 player in the league and has been better at his job than Love has been at his ever since he took over the starting job from David Lee.

HOWEVER... if this Cavs team stays fully healthy, LeBron has to make it work. It's more than enough for any player who is in the GOAT conversation to win with, even if the pieces don't fit together the way the Warriors' expertly-crafted squad does. If the gap between LeBron and Curry remains as CLEAR-CUT as I think it is, Cavs in 6.

LeGM's built his team. I guess asking JR to come back, and helping his wind defender clock an $82 Mill contract were priority #1.

Agreed. Much like MJ, LeBron should stick to playing the game. Not assembling teams.
