I don't think people understand the question here. You have to give a player from your team a skill from one of his teammates. So you can't give LeBron, Curry's shooting.

Anyway. For me it would be one of these two.

Giving Hayward, Dante Exum's first step. Dante has a great first step, something Hayward lacks. It isn't that he is unathletic or slow, but he just isn't a great athlete in the mold of LeBron. With his skill set and him being more explosive I think he would be able to carry this team to contender status (given Gobert is healthy.)

Or Gobert with Derrick Favors post game. Gobert, as good he is defensively, he is very lethargic on the offensive end. I am positive it has a lot to do with his ridiculous wingspan, it has to be ridiculously though to maneuver with those arms. With Favors offensive game and his already established defensive game, he would be a top five player in the league.
