Do women not adjust? After enough time in 40 degree weather it becomes quite comfortable....Hasn't been bad in Chicago this year, but it gets so cold 30F feels just a tad chilly.

The sexism is actually that men are mandated to wear suits and women can wear almost anything they want. It's sexism against men, not women. Blatantly obvious.

In Ohio, 90-degree days are common in the summer and even early fall. I'm sure the further south you go, the worse it gets too. Hey ladies, you can always put more clothes on. You're there to work, not walk a runway.
