He makes 0 in game adjustments, his offense is a pile of garbage and his minute rotations are so bad that sometimes I think he's the opposition coach.

I teared up thinking about that. I'm also thinking about how bad some of our contracts will look in 2-3 years time.

Dude has two rings. TWO RINGS.

Spo has the same number of rings without Shaq as Kobe does.

Guy's a HOFer. Deal with it.

RINGS.

He never really deserved the job in the first place probably tbh. I mean, didn't he get it just based on nepotism pretty much?

Is LeBron the only GOAT caliber player that never had a truly great coach?

OP hit the nail on the head, and another thing to add is his stubborn defensive philosophy of defending the paint at all costs, despite the game having evolved. The Heat continue getting killed behind the arc, as they have been for 6 years. It is, as they say, the definition of insanity. With a better coach the Heat are 22-8, 23-7 right now. With 3 HOFers in their prime, a lot of his deficiencies were masked.

On the positive tip, he does have a winning record this year. Pringles did less with Howard, Kobe, Nash and etc.

On the negative, he does seem to have some limitations. But don't all coaches do?

Even Riles was accused of overworking teams like Thibodeaou.

Especially since 20 of their 30 games played so far have been at home.

No doubt, and they haven't played well at home for the most part. They've played better on the road as of late, with some really inexcusable home losses that fell squarely on Spo's shoulders.
