Both game managing, shooting point guards who ran stacked defensive teams. One was gifted a regular season MVP because Durant was injured and nobody wanted to vote for harden. Other won a finals MVP and willed his team to a title over a real opponent, the dynasty spurs, not mr 2/5. Who ya got?

Curry is a much better player. I hate Billups. Biggest hack and biggest flopper in NBA history and literally complains about everything. Can't stand the ****.

Who has more FMVP votes?

how many FMVP votes did Lebron get in his first finals when he was chucking up 30 shots to score 24 points while his team lost by 1 in an elimination game at home??

LeBron definitely did not receive a single Finals MVP vote his first 2 Finals, although to be fair, Kobe probably didn't for his first 5

cool, give that troll more reason to post

from USA today after the 02 finals

Never before has a player on the winning team put up the numbers and had the impact that Bryant had against the Nets and not been selected series MVP.

You needed USA Today for that?

Might as well have been your average b-ball fan saying that :oldlol:

the guy who wrote that has been covering the NBA longer than you've been alive and has seen more finals series than anybody posting on ISH. His opinion on this is a lot more educated than "your average b-ball fan"

so you're wrong as usual here

That quote isn't even true. Kareem in the '80 Finals had a MONSTER series and he didn't win FMVP. '88 Magic would be up there too

what was your intention with bringing up Kobe in the first place? I was obviously responding to try to shut up the most worthless troll on ISH since he's constantly using that against Curry.. you try to play like you don't favor either player but that type of response to my post just reeks of insecurity

And who is "that guy" ? Do you know how many people could write and do write about Sports and have watched a long time?

Look, that quote is useless, just say it yourself, nobody will take that opinion anymore seriously because someone from the 'USA Today' said it... :facepalm

We are on a basketball message board to give OUR OWN OPINIONS...something you still haven't grasped the concept of...though I'm certain it's because you know so little about basketball that you have to just take others opinions and copy and paste those.
