Part of the reason Miami has underachieved is that Dragic is shooting 27% from 3, and providing no spacing whatsoever (when he is supposed to be one of the top 2 3 point shooters in the starting line-up).

To be fair, that Suns team was probably in the strongest conference ever. Would have been a top 3 seed in the East.
