People who can bench that much spook me.... I hope to deadlift that in the nearish future....But bench? That's not even a goal I've considered lol

I've seen a few women who are like 150-160 bench 225 for reps.... A number I've beat in the past, but after my injury, and long arms it'd take me a bit to get back there. Plus my right rotator cuff seems to have some issues. I'd be happy with 275-300.

Benching 405 for reps is very impressive.... Would take years of training and proper nutrition to get to that level. I peaked at 225 but never focused on my flat bench numbers because I had a sick looking chest from lots of flys, incline DB, and low bf%

The guys I've seen who could bench 405 lbs were all built like mailboxes - 5'5" tall, 5'5" wide, and barrel-chested.

My personal best is 350 lbs and I'm 6'2" with long arms.

Its easy to put up impressive benches at low bodyweights when you dont have mammoth legs and a big juicy ass like I do.
