The Expanse on SciFi

Only 3 episodes in, but I think we have a winner. Some real gritty sci-fi. Good production. Really good dialogue. It's early, but the plot is intriguing so far.

crazy buildup...first season was good

After the finale I'm still not sure what's going on. It appears that someone trying to turn the entire station into some kind of biological weapon/monster. I say monster, because the biological matter seems to operate with some type of consciousness. I'm still not sure who is behind it all. Obviously the evidence points to Earth, but it seems to be more like a terrorist cell than the work of the government.

I'm confused as to why the scientist said that Julie, who was responsible for bringing the bio matter to the station, was responsible for "saving us all". Perhaps the station is actually an experiment in how to fight the bio matter?

I wanted to read the novel before watching it. I got a lot of books ahead of it, so I might just check the show out soon.
