- Stop smoking cigarettes
- Stop with my chronic drug use. No more MDMA pills every weekend, or cocaine. Weed is fine.
- Try and sleep in my own room and stop sleeping beside my parents
- Shower on my own instead of with a sibling
- Less time on the computer, more time reading books
- Stop bullying 20Four
Eat healthier.
Exercise.
I'm still like 6'0 180lbs, but I know my metabolism won't last forever.

Same.
I am about the same build as you, about 188lbs tho. Need to cut my body fat down, not too concerned about muscle mass right now.
You need muscle to cut body fat.
Every pound of muscle maintained burns up to 4 calories.

This. People don't do any of the shit they say they're going to do on NYE. You should be making 'resolutions' every day, not just before you get black out drunk... Which is all NYE is all about anyway- just another excuse to get drunk and act a fool.

Resolutions are a recipe for failure.
If someone needs to use resolutions as a platform to make positive changes then I'll all for it. At least it's a start. People need to positively motivate people instead of criticizing reasons why they want to make changes. It's better to try and fail then to never try at all.
Resolutions are like trying to hit a bullseye throwing a bunch of darts. Most will miss. But one will hit and that's and accomplishment on its own

If you have to resolve to do something positive (i.e get in shape) then my feeling is that you really dont want to do it, you're only doing it because you feel like you have to. Resolutionists have their heart in the wrong place, which is why most of them fail very quickly. But if a few succeed, then that's great for them.

if they really wanted it, they would have started last week.
if you're not going to do it now, how are you expected to do it in 2016?
new year's resolutions are only useful for finding flaws in yourself, which then make you feel worse.

Dunk a basketball. I'm being realistic so I'm not looking to do a windmill or anything lavish, matter of fact I realize I may not even be able to do it in game. I just want to dunk.
