I don't care who steps up as long as they give a better effort than they gave at Dallas. Dallas is a good team and it showed. Half ass it and its a blowout.

They better bring it tonight or else they'll get the same treatment.

As appreciative of I am of the repellence of all the "stacked Warriors are stacked" trolls with Curry-less losses, I'm hoping the Warriors can stave off a losing streak with Curry sidelined here. The margin for error is minimal when it pertains to the lofty 73-win mark, and they need to minimize losing streaks early on in the season while the chore of sustaining it catches up with them down the stretch.

Leading his team to a 73-win-plus record—coalesced with the concomitant MVP awardeeship, his first scoring title, and eclipsing his own three-point record—will solidify Curry as a top-20 player of all time—not even counting the likely championship hardware to follow.

Draymond Green only being able to get assists because of Curry was such a stupid assumption.

NBAwowy already shows his assist rate even while curry was in the rotation, only dropped from 27% to 25% when Curry was off the floor.

If Ezeli could've actually played, they would be up more. No need to give that blackhole Speights playing time.

Shaun Livingston is one of the absolute key players on this team in an under the radar sort of way. He isn't the guy out there hitting 30-footers and he isn't spacing the floor or beating guys with killer crossovers. But, he is so damn versatile and that little 15 to 17-foot jumper from the baseline or the elbow is damn near automatic.

He handles the ball like a PG, grabs a key rebound if they need him to and is a long, versatile defender who fits perfectly in their system.

I honestly believe he is more of an important piece to this team than Harrison Barnes. Obviously, Barnes is a lot younger so he is the priority with the next round of contract negotiations... but losing Livingston would hurt. A lot.

I think Green is better on defense, and while Davis is a better scorer, Green causes a lot more adjustments and mismatches, even without Curry. Not to mention he can orchestrate an offense and make everyone on the court a threat to score in a variety of ways.

They're close at the very least, IMO.

Eh, Davis is a franchise player with Duncan/Garnett potential. Green is more of a Dennis Rodman type of player.
