McHale stunted the growth of two young PFs at once. Had no system in place...The team always went to shit at the end of the year.

And along with that, Harden improving was a just Thibs helping him a lot in during Olympic training. Ariza's signing helped change the culture of the defense.

He did pretty much nothing for the team. His substitutions were solid at best...
