the team won and he still played well. He wasn't a liability by any stretch of the imagination when he was on the floor, and his absence gave Dragic the green light early on. It could be a blessing in disguise and inspire some more experimentation with the rotations (something heat fans have been frustrated with Spo about)

Wade played well, with 10/7/2 on 5/6 in 19 minutes. If it wasn't a blowout he would have ended up playing right near his normal minutes. I've never heard of a hangover that magically disappears 8 minutes into the game. Unofficial rumor is explosive diarrhea.

I'm a huge Wade fan but I think OP is right in some ways. Sometimes trolls can be right. That being said I think it is not a big deal since Miami won against Dallas but it was not the best example for the young players. Also, Wade seemed overweight sometimes during the big 3 era and it could have contributed to his knee issues.

When Wade came into the league he was a focused assassin. He definitely relaxed and it may have contributed to LeBron leaving.

In his defense, he did offset everything by taking a paycut and sharing with LeBron and maybe the injuries contributed to his weight gain and not vice-versa.
