He got whacked hard by Barton and it didn't look good. At first I thought it was his leg, like one of those Jae Crowder freak injuries.

They didn't move him until after OT had ended, and the stadium was clearing out. Was injured during the final seconds. I missed the replay of what happened.

it looks like he flew head first into the reporters and might of smashed his head and neck

he is probably fine, they always take lots of caution if they suspect any sort of neck injury, even if it is not severe

Nah Speights pushed him in the back no doubt while fighting for position. Just happened to be in the path of Barton as he was coming down. Hopefully just strained it or something.

yeah me too. though it happens on every rebound in the paint. I thought the floor was slippery and his leg slid because of it.

IT was a push and his teammates hand coming down on his face. That looks like a very serious neck/spine injury

The Nuggets should have an official update on Faried sometime today after he got precautionary x-rays last night, but what Faried says seems to bode well. Considering how scary the injury looked at the time, anything not long-term would be great news for him and for the Nuggets.

Hope he's ok. Looked pretty bad. Replay showed after he got hit he just stood straight up, probably knew something wasn't right. Then once he bent over, it was like he couldn't move. Spinal injuries are scary as shit.
