Congrats old man you broke down the most basic moves in basketball.
He's spitting pure truth.
Players today love to dribble. What he's demonstrating is basic but more efficient then most flashier crossovers.
Most players today omit the first portion of what he mentioned.
What he showed is what made Bird so effective even tho he didn't have a quick 1st step. It's what Duncan and
Zach Randolph do, yet many don't.
His crossover isn't basic either, which is why his version isn't used much. Re-watch the vid, that isn't the basic crossover most people use. And his set up isn't typical today.
Either way he moves EXTREMELY well for someone his age.
