Besides Magic there may not be a comparably dominant fast break player in history.

Jordan was a poor one-foot leaper, that's why he wasn't effective in the fast break

He needs an extra gather step to jump of two feet, thus he cant gain momentum

Tony Parker has just as much fast break points compared to Lebron. Before Tony Parkers decline (not counting this season last, or the year before)

Except Parker is a notorious cherry-picker, while LeBron guards the PF's in the paint, making it harder to outlet for fastbreak points

The level of SHEER IGNORANCE exhibited by the Bron fans again and again is just amazing.

Comparing MJ's fast break numbers when he was 34 and 35 to a prime Bron is proof of this. And MJ is THE greatest combo one and two foot leaper EVER. He was GOAT level at BOTH. You kids.

It's the only thing he's ever been better than MJ at.

The only scenario I might give the edge to Bron is when he has a full head of steam and doesn't need to change directions but just go in a straight line. That's when he can elevate over guys along with the power he brings to absorb contact.

But if you consider change of direction, stop and accelerate, ability to contort your body in the air, hang in the air and get off a shot and jump off one or two foot, MJ was so much better.

Overall, MJ was a better transition player. He could beat you in more ways except that one scenario.

Makes sense given LeBron's efficiency from the field. He's got a limited midrange game so his fastbreak points have to be sky high.

My God man. You can't be THIS stupid.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUz3ZYfoNxo

First off, everyone who has dunked from the FT line used most of the court. Second, MJ is the only player ever to dribble all the way like an actual basketball play, take two steps and dunk it. Everyone else just ran with it because it was too difficult to dribble like a real play.

All these advantages over Jordan and still he did less with more.
All this does is further cement how GOAT MJ really was.

What is the point of being good at a fast break if all it does is result in 2/6 in the finals? :lol

I'd rather be good at everything else and go 6/6. :sleeping

He's been extremely successful without ever playing for a top tier franchise. I don't like the guy and I think stats over value what he does, but for crying out loud the level of stupidity in the insults on him are beyond reason. This is hands down one of the best players to ever play the game. He has been more successful as a winner than nearly every other player in the history of the game. Only a VERY few players compare.
