It's not even a debate. You rest up and be completely healthy for the playoffs.

Really? He's been cleared to play. There is no guarantee of 72 wins with a healthy shin.

Well, it would probably be nice to get at least ONE FMVP vote, don't you think?

A guy who played with AI back in the 76'ers stopped lebron so well that he won FMVP. As long as guys are playing with role players who can stop Lebron, they the best player on the team won't win FMVP. The role player who stopped lebron will.:lol

Even funnier...Lebron outvoted Curry 4-0 in the voting.

Goes to show the FMVP award is a complete joke.
No wonder they didn't have it back in the days.

Image if John Havlicek or Bob Cousy won it because they had a few good games, or Wilt has more votes than Bill because he put up better stats? Yuk

People act like breaking that record wouldn't be a big deal.
They don't realize how incredible winning 70+ is...
That is a MAJOR record and whoever holds it will never be forgotten.
Kind of like the 33 win streak.
Those records hold plenty of value by themselves, Championship or not.

John won FMVP in 1974... though Kareem probably deserved it more even in defeat.
Havlicek : 26 / 7.7 / 4.7 on 49%TS
Kareem : 33 / 12.1 / 5.4 on 55%TS
