I am living so rent free in your mind right now hence the reason why you keep posting about it! :lol

First there was an attempt to discredit that there was already a list available.
Then there was an attempt to discredit the copy paste.

Anyone who's not a moron can see that both lists are in the same exact order, and that all I did was copy and paste into excel, and then add a few lines where a player had more than one son.

So rent free right now! Hold that L.

**In before Dubeta/Jameer come in and claim that the list is incorrect because it's missing Da Real Lambo/Lebron James even though Lambo has never played professional basketball.**

Its gotta remain between The Bryant, Barry and Curry families right? Depending on which family member you're taking about, they're either a superstar or a very serviceable role player. No scrubs though.

If Nance Jr. continues w/ his progression he might make the cut. :lol

Genuinely curious, why does it matter so much to you that LeBron went 2/6? No serious poster says that he's better than MJ, and the only ones who do (trolls) will just throw some other arbitrary number back in your face. What's the point?

Being able to WITNESS the GOAT MJ, then watch a guy mimic his moves and pull off a respectable 5/7, and then watching a fake ass 2/6 colluding beta go down in flames AND on top of that watch a guy like Curry go 1/1 with more to come!

This place is an ever "I told you so" experience for bran stans. Everything Jordan fans and Kobe fans told them would happen has happened. I remember a few years ago when this place was crawling with bran fans that wouldn't listen to logic. Once they were proven wrong and the guy wound up being a 2/6 2x colluding loser by the masses, 95% of the bran stans fled this place as they were too scared to face the music. The remaining ones deep down know that he will never win anything as the man ever again without Wade on his team, and the proof of it is that they are not willing to bet accounts against a confident, secure fan who witnessed MJ play live.

Whole lebron fam under my thumb and the best they can come up with is:

"bro, you typed all that out"

Then when evidence is shown that it only took 2 minutes to compose the post the rebuttal is:

"bro, you typed all that out"

Talk about rent free!
Damn dude.

You're elated right now over this thread

On the real though, has there ever been a star father son combo

Best I've seen is a star/solid role player combo

That's what this thread is about. Who do you think will go down as the greatest father/son combo of all time when it's all said and done.

Ballin, I'm highly impressed by how thorough your list was. I expected to see a typical ISH post that included like 4 or 5 very recent-era father-son combinations and a complete lack of NBA's extensive history on the topic.

Not because I judged you personally that way but because that's just so common these days to write off the past. So, props for being thorough a lot of father son duos in NBA history that's for sure.

Also :lol at Delonte

Rick and Brent might be pretty good. Gotta look through a lot more and study these options.

Rick Barry - Brent Barry
Kobe Bryant - Joe Bryant
Bill Walton - Luke Walton

Immediately stand out to me

It's basically down to which duo's have the biggest superstars between the father and son - the other piece almost isn't even that important. If you've got a 50-greatest caliber player and a player that was at least a solid role player than that's a great pair.

I've been through a lot more than father son duos. You talking to a local legend. If you ask around over at Toth's place there in Mentor, you may even hear stories about the legendary pick up games that make past games at Rucker look like division 4 HS ball. How me and Melvin Levett would take turns dunking on each other in the pickup games at Civic center or up at Bellflower park.

You won't find such outdoor games today. Too many teens playing 2k16 instead of playing real ball.

These teens posting from their mom's basement on 10 different accounts and over 150,000 posts reciting my posts to the few friend that they have in real life to impress them.

Keep holdin down the fort over in them parts and use moderation when playing on that shitty tile surface at lost nation sports park.
