I hate how everybody seems to pile onto ZBo about Memphis being worse than expected this year. He's taking so much blame for a team that hasn't had any good wings and shooters in years.

I remember when he was putting up 20/10 for the Blazers. He doesn't deserve to be irrelevant.

Unfortunately he is. In a league where guys like Durant, Westbrook, and Curry can put up 35 in the flow of an offense on 20 shots, in a league dominated by the 3ball and ball movement, Randolph is like Windows 2000 in a league of Macs.

Why have Randolph scoring 20 points in an outdated way when you can have Melo doing the same thing but scoring 30? Why do either when you can sign nobodies for 4 mil a year, hit 20 3s a game, and win 55-60 games?

It's a shame, but as Jalen Rose says, "someone call an archaeologist." If you're going to play that way, you need to be more dominant than Randolph is.

Why exactly is this a big deal? He produces in the mins he plays...he averages 17.8ppg and 10.3rpg per 36...so getting 25/13 isn't exactly newsworthy.
