I might be over reading into it but to me that means he's trying to drive his price and value up in case he needs to bolt UK's program "Alla Pete Carroll."

He's done some "fishy" things by NCAA standards. Eventually something will come out about him at UK. Already working on back pocket team deals. It's smart. He knows no one will offer 120 Million over 10 years.

He's just bullshitting. College coaches have it better than NBA coaches.

Overrated tbh. Good recruiter I guess, but his teams underachieve more often than not with the amount of talent they always have.

He's great at recruiting in college. His NBA record speaks for itself.

He tried college in the pros and failed hard. He's making more money in college plus he can get away with his shady business in the college level.

Of course he'd take that deal. It's more than UNLV can offer. The guy has to keep moving before they catch up to him

yeah, if you have noticed every stop he's had is left in shambles after he leaves. he leaves a program and it's under some ncaa sanctions/violations.

Pretty easy to coach when you have the best players

If some stupid ass franchise offers him that then good for him. I'd rather throw money like that at someone who has proven they can coach at the NBA level. Actually, I'd rather my team not give any coach that sort of money.

Cal and more importantly his wife have said they are pretty good on money. I don't see him taking a ten year contract because honestly I think he's retired well before then. I think that's more of him throwing out a comical number.

I think cal's retired in 5 years. As a UK fan I hope he's here in 10 but I doubt it. I also doubt he leaves UK as to be honest I doubt his family wants to move and at this point they want for NOTHING.
