Anyway his demeanor has always seemed kinda "off". Not in a shy kind of way either. Along with the strange mannerisms, Duncan always looks like he is hiding something. The divorce with his wife, and her essentially outing him as a gay almost has me convinced.

That stuff was dispelled. I think only one source wrote about this claim, and they said it was Mengke Bateer (he's in one of the pics on the 1st page) living with Duncan, and they'd been living together since college, even though Bateer didn't set foot in the USA until 2001-2002.

The divorce stuff isn't good grounds for any of these claims. Duncan found out his wife was cheating and hired a PI to get photographic proof. He brought divorce proceedings on her, and in an attempt to void the prenup and get custody she (in all likelihood) made up a story about Duncan cheating on her with a man who'd been living with them.

The prenup was enforced and Tim got full custody of his kids. It's incredibly rare for a father to get full custody unless he has a very strong case and the woman doesn't.

Sure, he might be gay. But the stuff his ex-wife said shouldn't exactly be considered a reliable source. Surely she had proof that he was gay if the supposed guy was living with them? And if she did, no way does that stay under wraps and Tim win the case convincingly.

It's because, to many people, he appears to be somewhat effeminate; which in my experience is a pretty good indicator of someone not being totally straight. Btw, having a wife and kids doesn't make a guy straight as there are plenty of closet cases out here dating/marrying women and having kids just to put on a facade of being an upstanding married man with children. Some guys just don't want to be labeled as gay and have to deal with everything that comes with said label, so they marry a woman and appear to have a traditional lifestyle while hooking up with guys on the side.

I've been thinking about this a lot as it is clearly the most important question in my life. I personally believe that if Duncan is gay my life is so much better, because no one can be that lucky, they must have some kind of secret. Him being embarassed about being gay makes my life so much greater, I can feel good about myself as hetero and even if I wasn't I would know that at least Duncan shares the same secret and then it would make me less uncomfortable.
